Aedicula
Aedicula tulajdonkép kis kápolna, például aedicula Victoriae (Liv. 35, 9); de lehetett oromzattal ellátott kis fülke. (l. 17. á. Cagnat-Goyau Antiqu. rom. nyomán), akár templomban, hol az istenek szobrocskái benne állottak, akár sírköveken az urna befogadására, akár magánépületben is a család szent szobrocskái számára.
