Eberth
Eberth Károly József, német patologus, szül. Würzburgban 1835 szept. 21. - 1881 óta Halleban a hisztologia és az összehasonlító boncolástan tanára. 1859. avatták doktorrá, 1865. Zürichben a patologiai boncolástan tanárává nevezték ki, 1874;81 az ottani állatorvostani iskolában is tanította a patologiát. Műve (Schimmelbusch-sal együtt) Die Thrombose (Stuttgart, 1888) stb.
