Mygind Ferenc, báró
Mygind Ferenc, báró (Broust, Dánia, 1710 – Bécs, 1789. ápr. 6.): botanikus, kémikus, bécsi udvari tanácsos. Jacquin barátja, kapcsolatban állt Linnével és Scopolival is. Dalmáciában, Ausztriában, de Sopron és a Fertő tó környékén Mo.-on is botanizált. Herbáriumát – amelyet később Kitaibel Pál rendezett – a pesti egy.-re hagyta, ahol az még ma is megvan. – Irod.
