Festetics Andor, gróf (Pest, 1843. jan. 17. – Böhönye, 1930. aug. 16.): földbirtokos, földművelésügyi miniszter. Szabadelvű párti programmal 1892-től 1898-ig képviselő, Wekerle kormányában 1894. júl. 16-tól 1895. nov. 2-ig földművelésügyi miniszter.
