Natorp
Natorp Pál Gerhard, német filozofus, szül. Düsseldorfban 1854 jan. 24. Berlinben, Bonnban és Strassburgban tanult; 1881. Marburgban habilitáltatta magát s azóta az ottani egyetem tanára. Mint filozofus N. a neokantizmus egyik fő képviselője; 1887 óta kiadója és szerkesztője a Philosophische Monatshefte folyóiratnak. Önálló művei: Descartes' Erkenntnisstheorie (Marburg 1882); Einleitung in die Psychologie nach krit. Methode (Freiburg 1888); Die Ethika des Demokritos (Marburg 1893); Pestalozzis Ideen über Arbeiterbildung und sociale Fragen (Heilbronn 1894).
