Jambresic (ejtsd: -sics) András horvát nyelvész, szül. Zágrábban 1706 szept. 20., megh. Pozsegán 1758 máj. 13. Mint jezsuita pap egyházjogot tanított Zágrábban és (1741-51) a nagyszombati egyetemen, élte végén a pozsegai rendház feje volt.
