Adányi András, jezsuita, sz. Dormándon,: Hevesmegyében 1716 dec. 28., megh..Esztergomban 1795 okt. 13. A nagyszombati főiskolában a filozofia tanára, a szerzet föloszlatása után az Esztergomi gimn. igazgatója volt. Művei: «Philosophia naturalis pars prima seu physicae generaliso (Tyrnaviae 1755); «Pars recentioris physicaeo (Tyrna-. viae 1756).
