Jacobaei Jakab
ág. ev. lelkész, kuttenbergi (Csehország) származású; a prágai Mihálytemplom prédikátora volt. A vallási üldözés elől Magyarországba menekült és Illésházy Gáspár gróf fogadta pártfogásába Trencsénben, hol életfenntartásáról is gondoskodott.
Munkája: Idea mutationum bohemo-evangelicarum ecclesiarum in florentissimo regno Bohemiae, a traditionibus humanis Pragae reformatarum, a christianae fidei in eodem regno jactis fundamentis, usque ad moderna tempora ex annalibus et historiis breviter decerpta et anno exilii tertio evulgata. Amstelodami, 1624.
