Bömches Frigyes,
mérnök, szül. 1829. ápr. 3. Brassóban, hol atyja B. Frigyes Lipót kereskedő volt; a főgymnasiumot 1848-ban végezte, mire négy évig a bécsi polytechnikumba és három évig a párisi mérnöki intézetbe járt; ezután a cs. kir. osztrák déli vasuttársaságnál mint mérnököt alkalmazták Bécsben.
