Bakody József,
orvostudor, szül. 1792-ben Mosonyban (Mosonym.); 1820-ban lett a budapesti egyetemen orvostudor. Dr. Hahnemannal bensőbb viszonyba lépvén, meghonosította Magyarországon a hasonszenvi gyógymodot és mint gyakorló orvos előbb Győrött, 1835-től Pesten telepedett le, hol 1845. nov. 2. meghalt.
