Wordsworth Vilmos, angol költő, szül. Cockermonthban (Cumberland) 1770 ápr. 7., megh. Rydalban 1850 ápr. 23-án. 1797 óta Coleridge meghitt barátja volt, akivel együtt ugazta be 1798. Németországot. Southey halála után ő lett udvari költő (1843).
